Mac permissions for the desktop app
Allow Screen Recording and Accessibility, and fix switches that are on but not working.
Who can do this: Anyone using the desktop app on a Mac
- 1First open: if macOS says Apple could not verify the app, click Done, open System Settings, Privacy and Security, and click Open Anyway.
- 2Press Allow next to Screen Recording and Accessibility in the app, and switch Yatri Playbook on in the list that opens.
- 3Press Quit and reopen. Screen Recording starts working after the app reopens.
NoteSwitch already on but the app still says not allowed? It belongs to an older version. Press Reset and allow again in the app, then switch it on once more.
If Open Anyway does not appear, open Terminal, paste this line and press Return, then open the app again:
xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine "/Applications/Yatri Playbook.app"
