A capture app will not connect

What to check when the code does not work or the app says it is not connected.

Who can do this: Anyone

Open in Yatri Playbook

Make sure you are signed in to the right workspace in the browser before you approve the code.
Codes last a few minutes. Press Connect again for a new one.
Viewers cannot capture. Ask an admin to make you a Creator.
If an app was disconnected under Connected apps, connect it again.
