Cancel, renew and refunds
Stop the monthly renewal any time. Nothing is lost when Your brand ends.
Who can do this: Owners and admins
Open in Yatri Playbook
- Cancel monthly: press Cancel monthly renewal in Settings. No further charge is made, and Your brand stays on until the end of the month you paid for.
- 12 months is paid once and does not renew by itself. Buy again to add time; it is added to what is left.
- When it ends, your guides keep working, your logo stays saved, and readers see the Yatri Playbook logo again.
- Refunds: write to info@yatricloud.com within 7 days of a payment.
